About My Way

Parking panic? Not with My Way. With our app you book a guaranteed parking spot in just a few clicks and drive in and out without a worry. But that only works when every single location is right down to the smallest detail: technology that always works, signage that's correct, a site that looks immaculate. And that's where you come in.

Your role

As Operations Manager you are My Way's eyes and ears at all our parking locations. A barrier malfunction? A question from a location owner? A team that needs training? You're on it. And when you walk onto a location, you see within five minutes what could be better — and you make sure it actually happens. Your mission: every My Way location scores a solid pass. At the very least.

1. Malfunctions & Technology

First point of contact for malfunctions on our locations: barriers, cameras, payment terminals and software.

Analyse malfunctions and fix them yourself where possible; otherwise hand them over to our implementation partner or supplier — and stay on top of it until it's truly resolved.

Proactively keep location owners and internal teams (Support, Customer Success) informed about status and resolution time.

Spot recurring malfunctions and solve them structurally, so the same problem doesn't come back every month.

🎯 Your goal: minimal downtime — every malfunction resolved quickly and permanently.

2. Location Quality & Perfection

Regular location visits across the Netherlands: inspections with a sharp eye for detail (signage, line markings, lighting, cleanliness, working hardware).

Set up a quality standard and scoring model to assess every location objectively.

Spot improvements immediately, pick them up yourself or delegate them to the right party — and check that they actually got done.

3. Location Owners & Training

Fixed point of contact for operational questions from location owners.

Deliver training to location teams, so everyone uses our hardware and software correctly.

Collect feedback from locations and turn it into improvements together with Sales, Support and Customer Success.

What you bring

Bachelor-level (HBO) working and thinking ability.

Technical insight: you're not afraid to tackle a barrier, camera or payment terminal (or you learn incredibly fast).

A sharp eye for detail: you immediately see what's off — and you can't help but fix it.

A hands-on mentality: do it yourself where you can, organise it smartly where you must.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Independent and happy on the road: you plan your own route along our locations.

Driving licence B (you travel regularly across the Netherlands).

Available full-time.
